SHIPPING, RETURNS & FAQ's
Miss Beth's Bake House wants to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at [email protected]. This quick and simple step will help provide a speedy resolution for you.
Because the confections are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns on all baked goods. However, returns and exchanges are accepted with all gourmet coffee products and embroidered aprons. If you have received a damaged coffee product, or a damaged or defective embroidered apron, please contact via [email protected] and submit photos and an explanation of the defect so that we can quickly fix the issue.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use please send an email to [email protected], or use the contact us form. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. You will be sent an email when your order goes to the production stage.
Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 7 days to address any quality issues.
DONATIONS AND TIPS
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
DAMAGED/QUALITY ISSUES
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

REFUND POLICIES
Because products are made to order, refunds, returns, and exchanges cannot be issued for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
📦 PACKAGING, SHIPPING, AND PICK UP
Each order is carefully packaged, includes a list of ingredients, and each cookie is individually wrapped to ensure freshness upon arrival. Each packaged cookie is adorned with an uplifting Bible verse sticker reminding us of God's grace, and the cookies are neatly packaged in a bakery box, making them a delightful gift or a well-deserved treat for yourself. Each order can be shipped via USPS, or local pick up is available at no additional charge.
* Slight variations in appearance may occur due to the homemade process, but you can be certain that the quality and flavor remain exceptional.
* All sales are final, returns and exchanges are not accepted, however, your satisfaction is very important. If you have any problems with your order, please send send a message to [email protected]
**PLEASE NOTE: LATE SPRING TO END OF SUMMER ORDERS/SHIPMENTS: When ordering cookies containing chocolate, and due to melting chocolate that may occur during shipment with the arrival of warmer weather, the extra chocolate that is added to the top of the cookies after baking will not be present. Instead, the extra chocolate will be added to the dough before baking to reduce the chance of melting that may occur on the bags while the order is in transit.

Shipping carriers may handle packages roughly, which could result in minor breakage or crumbling. Rest assured, this does not affect the delicious taste! Please be advised that Miss Beth's Bake House is not an allergen free facility, and is cottage licensed and certified through the cottage program with the AZ Department of Health, and abides by all laws and statutes listed on the AZ Department of Health Cottage Law requirements. Miss Beth's Bake House is also food handler certified, and you can rest assured that your product is crafted and baked in a clean kitchen where the baker follows all temperature and hand washing requirements and procedures, as well as wearing gloves when preparing every order.
